Policies

Payment Amount of the Reservation

To confirm your reservation, a 100% deposit of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. This deposit includes all applicable taxes and fees. The deposit is charged as a percentage of the total stay amount and is mandatory to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge if the cancellation is made 15 or more days prior to the arrival date.

If a cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival, the full deposit amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Please note that all cancellations must be communicated directly with the property. Any applicable refunds will be processed in accordance with the stated terms and conditions. Upon cancellation, the room will be released back into availability for future bookings.

  • Waiver : You'll sign a check-in waiver upon arrival with a deposit of 500 BM for insurance
  • Insurance : 500 BM deductible upon arrival

Arrival & Departure Policy

  • Check-In Time: From 3:00 PM
  • Check-Out Time: By 12:00 PM

Guests who require a late check-out may request it in advance, subject to availability. Approved late check-outs are permitted until 6:00 PM and will incur an additional charge of 50% of the nightly room rate.

Please note that late check-out requests must be confirmed with the front desk, and charges will apply accordingly.

Confirmation Policy

1. Default Reservation Status

All direct reservations made through the system shall be assigned the status "Confirmed" by default. This ensures immediate acknowledgment of the booking and streamlines the reservation process.

2. Automatic Status Update Upon Payment

The system is configured to automatically change the reservation status to "Confirmed" when a payment is successfully added. This automation reduces manual intervention and ensures timely updates to reservation records.
