Green Hills is an Emarati Real Estate Developer Company founded in 2015.

We are rapidly approaching the first decade since establishing our presence in the beautiful lush landscapes of Sarajevo which inspired us to name our establishment, Green Hills.

Our first venture called “Green Hills Resort” is an exclusive hillside community designed to accommodate a limited number of unique homes, all with breath taking views across a dense green valley below and snow-capped hills across. The Resort is located about 23 minutes from downtown Sarajevo and 13 minutes from the international airport. It is in close proximity to a number of prime attractions for the entire family.

Our second venture called Tarcin motorway services area, that will include Hotel Accommodation, Petrol Station, Restaurant, Cafe and a Supermarket. This commercial development is strategically located to serve two main roadways, the M 17 Motorway and A1 Highway both of which run either side of Tarcin Motorway Services Area. The project is currently under planning stage and expected to be launched end of 2026.

Our third development is Ethno Village and Services and is about 40 minutes drive from Sarajevo International airport . It occupies an area of 112000 m2 and lies at altitudes ranging from 900 to 1500 meters. The project is currently under planning stage and expected to be launched end of 2026.
