The company has 8 years history since establishing itself in Bosnia, it has full legal registration with authorities. It has a tracked record in full compliance of Bosnian laws. It has full ownership of 3 (three) independent projects fully paid for with ownership titles. The main shareholder is a UAE national. All sale transactions will be legally authenticated in Bosnia and UAE.
Foreigners can only buy property in Bosnia and registration of ownership has legal requirements and these applied upon completion and handover of your unit.
A risk that has been experienced by some buyers has been in dealing with bogus Companies who have either not completed their proper registration or those who sell property in areas that lack accessibility and basic infrastructure and utilities.
Doing your due diligence to ensure you are dealing with a reputable company is a must.
Any Property you buy has to be registered by the Authorities, attested by the Court, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy.
A tax of 5% is payable to the State at the time of purchase. There are no annual property taxes.
Service charges estimated at Euro 1500 per annum is to be paid equally by each owner. This will be held as a joint fund to cover the cost of maintaining the common areas, utilities , security etc.
Bosnians are very easy to interact with. However, language is a barrier as most of them only speak their language, however some do speak English.
